Data Deletion Request
If you would like to permanently delete your Brothers Do AZ account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
What happens when you delete your account?
- Immediate Access Loss: You will be logged out and unable to use chat features.
- Permanent Data Wipe: Your profile (Name, Email, Photo) will be removed from our Firestore database.
- Content Removal: Any messages or images currently in the active chat (within the 48-hour window) will be disassociated from your identity or deleted.
How to Request Deletion
- Option 1 (Fastest): Open the app, go to Profile, and tap Delete Account.
- Option 2 (Web Request): Please send an email to [Contact Email] with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. You must send the email from the Google account used to sign in to the app so we can verify ownership.
Your request will be processed within 7 business days.
